It goes without saying that health is of great importance to everybody.Only in good health can we do everything.Without health,without anything.So to keep healthy is essential for us all.

There are some aspects that influence health.First the food we eat.Some food is good for us while others is not.For example,fruit and vegetables,which contain rich vitamin,are good for our bodies.And some other food,like junk food and instant noodles,is bad for us.Besides,to keep a balanced diet is important too.We should eat more fruit and vegetalbes and less meat and fat.Second,exercises can have effect on our health.Facts prove that the people who do sports constantly are stronger than those who don't.As we know,doing exercises can build up our bodies.So in order to stay healthy,we're supposed to do more exercises.Third,environment,such as water and air, is another factor that impacts one's health.It's believed that the people living in the countryside is healthier than the ones living in cities.And the people living in cities can fall ill more easily.The reason is that there is less pollution in the countryside than in cities.So,we should pretect our environment to live more healthily.

2.Engaging in Advanced Studies

Nowadays more and more people engage in advanced studies in their spare time.It's true that engaging in advanced studies is of great use to us.First of all,it enables us to gain more knowledge and abilities.People find that their knowlege acquired before is too weak to deal with some complex work they are doing.So they have to attend a class for advanced studies to make up their weakness.Second,thanks to the college's unceasing increased enrollment,more and more graduates enter the soiety year by year,which adds the competition of the employment.Many people with a lower degree feel great pressure,and as a result,they attend that class to strengthen their ability of competion.

There are many ways to take such a class.One is to go to a night school.It's right for those people who work in the day time but don't at night.The second is to have online education which is served all day long.It's suitable for everyone.You can get online at anytime to have class,and hand in your school assignment by sending e-mails or other means.People can choose their favourite ways.
