Dear Lihua: I have experienced the most important year in my life. In the last year, I studyed hard to achieve my goals and now i want to tell you about the details in the last year. I got up every moring at 6:00 and went to bed at 10:30 to ensure enough sleep. Of course, exerise is very important, so i play basketball,run or play football after school every day. Besiddes, meals also play an important role. I eat all kinds of food, such as: fish,vegetables and chicken. An apple every day make you healthy. So i eat many fruits every day.
