在古代有个节日很重要，现在不这么流行了。里面有个人（介子推）你可以讲他就像讲故事一样
禁火节，后来又转化为寒食节，用以纪念春秋时期晋国的名臣义士介子推。传说晋文公流亡期间，介子推曾经割股为他充饥。晋文公归国为君后，分封群臣时却忘记了介子推。介子推不愿夸功争宠，携老母隐居于绵山。后来晋文公亲自到绵山恭请介子推，介子推不愿为官，躲藏山里。晋文公手下放火焚山，原意是想逼介子推露，结果介子推抱着母亲被烧死在一棵大树下。为了纪念这位忠臣义士，于是在介子推死难之日不生火做饭，要吃冷食，称为寒食节。
