My opinions about pressure

Senior high school entrance examination is coming. Many students are under too much pressure. We spend too much time learning,so we have less sleep and our memories decline.Because of homework and exams,we can't concentrate on studying.It leads us to be easy to be angry and have problems commucating with teachers and parents.Well, what should we do?If we give up,we won't get good grades.Therefore,we should try to make us feel relaxed.For example,when we feel unhappy,we can listen to some soft music or gentle music.It helps a lot.Also,we can go out for a walk and enjoy the fresh air.Do you think they are good ways?
