“噼哩啪啦”的鞭炮声，吵醒了熟睡的我和爸爸，我们连忙穿好新衣服，然后爸爸把早已准备好的对联、灯笼，拿到门外，先挂上红红的灯笼，再贴上对联，我用手指着对联高兴的念道：“万家春，千里秀。”
过了一会儿，爷爷奶奶来了，我迎上去忙把爷爷奶奶扶进了屋，给他们倒了杯热茶，又给他们削水果，爷爷笑着说；“瞧！我们的孙女儿懂事了！”
吃饭了，我把爷爷奶奶扶进了饭厅，啊，今天的菜可真丰盛呀！有香喷喷的红烧肉、鲜美的鸡汤可、口的干烧鱼绿、油油的波菜……我的手不听使唤的夹了一块红烧肉放进嘴里津津有味的嚼起来，爷爷举杯说；“祝你学习进步！”我也举杯说；“祝爷爷奶奶身体健康，万事如意！”
晚上，我们一家围着电视观看春节联欢晚会，有小品，相声，精彩的杂技和唱歌跳舞，奶奶看的高兴的笑了，爷爷看的拍手叫好，我也开心的手舞足蹈，爸爸对我微微的笑了。
当新年的钟声敲响的时候，礼花漫天飞舞，有的像仙女撒下的花瓣，有的像天空上盛开的花……，爷爷拿来了送给我的新年礼物，我打开一看，一条漂亮的围巾，爷爷说：“冬天很冷，戴好围巾别着凉了，”啊！爷爷把他对我的关爱送来了，把对我的关心送来了。我心里默默的想着，等我长大了，我也一定会关心你们的。
这个春节家里充满了欢乐的气氛！

A Traffic Accident
Yesterday morning at about 7, at the corner of Chang'an Avenue and Congqing South Street, a horrible traffic accident happened. According to witness, a jeep driven by the MSS ran through a red light and boarded sided with a school bus carrying children to the Busang Primary School. The passenger of the jeep, who police said was a senior colonel of the MSS, was thrown out of the car and prounced dead at the scene. The driver of the jeep survived with non-life threatening injury. The causulties of the school bus is still unknown. The authority is investigating the accident and is questioning whether alcohol was involved in the crash.
