第一轮开始了，小猫凶猛地挥舞着拳头朝狗熊逼了过来，狗熊没有费力，伸出它那粗厚的大熊掌，一把抓住了小猫，像扔蚂蚁一样把它扔了过去。
小猫不甘心，第二次冲上去，来了一个飞脚。狗熊朝它笑笑，一掌又把小猫打飞了。
小猫像泻了气的皮球，无精打采地往家走。那个擂台明星梦破灭了。忽然，又从天上掉下个哈哈镜，镜中的自己像蔫了的黄瓜，那么没有力量。从此，它见了老鼠也躲着走，生怕连老鼠也打不过丢人。
这就是凹面镜和凸面镜中的小猫。其实，小猫犯了一个大错误，它没有看到真实的自己。
