雅思考到5分难吗？我英语零基础，应该如何下手？
我跟你情况相似，初中毕业后上了直升的大专，大专期间英语不是重点，所以我的英语水平就是初中生的水平。
刚开始也是听中介跟培训老师说，5.5分很容易，后来发现并不是这么一回事，特别是对于我们这些零基础的学生来说。
我考了三次，最后的雅思成绩是5.5、6、5.5、5.5，刚好达标，但是因为还有几个月时间才开学，所以接下来会努力把分数刷到6.5，避免我将来升研究生太吃力，下面分享下我个人的备考经验，还有什么问题也可以随时给我发私信，我们相互鼓励。备考前准备: 1、单词: 我用的背单词软件是"乐词"，它的好处是有词根注释和视频讲解，如果你时间比较紧迫，就只刷它的雅思词汇，3500个，最少刷两遍。
我做题的过程中，发现这些词汇还是蛮高频的。
2、王陆语料库: 有时间就按书的要求刷3、4、5章，没时间就刷3、4章，1.4倍速度，正确率90%就可以不用再刷了，因为你要求分数不高，刷语料库只是为了熟悉基础词汇，锻炼拼写准确率以及反应能力，有了这个基础以后，就以刷题为主。
我第一次听力考了5.5，以为是语料库的功劳，于是第二次又只练了语料库就直接去考，谁知碰到都是选择题，最后拿了个4。
这两次我都没有刷剑桥真题，真是图样图森破。
3、语法: 语法对写作和阅读都很重要，如果你连写一个简单句都错漏百出，写作几乎不可能拿到5分以上。
建议抽时间过下张满胜的<<语法新思维中级教程>>，最起码把从句先搞懂，不然别说写作，阅读都成问题。
大概用一个月把上面的三样粗略过下之后(如果有时间，上面的三项准备可以做的更细)，就可以开始准备练习,你看很多备考贴都不需要像我说的这样花时间打基础什么的，原因是因为别人基础本来就很好，根本就不需要做这么初级的准备，但是对于我们这些水平只有5分的考生，单词都不愿意背，一上来就刷题，我只能说太浪费真题了，毕竟剑桥就那几本，搞不好还要反复做几遍，所以请好好珍惜。
阅读:除了剑桥雅思真题跟新东方出的真题解析以外，我没有再买其他的资料，好好把剑桥的4-11刷上两遍，阅读拿6不是问题。
阅读4-7可以不用按模考的方式做，一天做一到两篇，每篇不能超过20分钟，做完之后对着真题解析好好把错题理理，准备一个本子，把出题处的生词、替换都抄下来背诵，做完每一篇之后把总结出来的做题技巧写下来，雅思阅读出题还是蛮规律的，你做多几篇，再看看解析都能摸索出一些惯例。
做完4-7大概也知道了自己的水平以及出题方式，后面的真题就严格按模考来做，55分钟完成三篇(在考场要预留时间填答题卡)，做完之后也是分析，总结。
无论是阅读还是听力、写作，你做了不分析，就是相当于没做。
听力:听力前期刷语料库，考前一个月刷真题，每天按模考做一个test。
另外下载个朗易思听，这个软件很方便，谁用谁知道。
同理准备下个错题本，边听录音边看原文，每一道错题都要弄明白为什么会做错，是生词、替换不懂，就把它们抄下来背。
是连读、吞音没听清，就反复跟读。
雅思听力出现答案之前通常都会有提示词，比如：but、only、so等等，也要像做阅读一样把做题技巧总结出来，写到本子上，这个过程是一个巩固的过程。写作：我被写作坑的最惨，前面两次都是因为写作没过而要重考。所以第三次考试前一个月我的阅读跟口语几乎没练，70%的时间都花在写作上。写作想要提高就是要多写，刚开始很难，写到一半就崩溃了，但是还是要坚持写，写个大概6、7篇基本上就能有东西可写了，接下来就是练速度，45分钟一篇大作文，写个20、30篇上考场5.5绝对是没问题的。如果你悟性比较高，正好考场上碰到的题目是你熟悉的题型，拿6也不是没有可能。我写作小作文只写了几篇，地图流程都没看（最好还是看看，我是运气好没抽到），其他时间都是在练大作文。大作文我只用了一个材料，就是雅思前考官simon的网站，我把他网站里的范文全部练了遍，然后分析他的范文，总结出他的词伙以及句型后再修改自己写的作文。simon的范文有他自己的风格，很好模仿。剑桥考官范文我一篇都没看。我不知道这个方法是不适合你，我最后的作文是5.5，抽到了我不熟悉的生活类话题。之前找某宝的雅思老师批改过，分数都不低于6。总之作文就是要练，不然多半考了也是白考。口语：口语给不了你建议，因为我3次都是裸考口语（3次均是5.5），只背几篇话题，之后考试都是用这几个话题乱套。我脸皮比较厚，考口语从来不紧张，不会说也会瞎扯，不会冷场。所以5.5可能是考官给我打的人品分吧。我考雅思之前英语差到连句子结构都搞不清楚，连动词不可以做主语都不知道，单词只会banana。我整个备考时间不到5个月，但是这几个月我都没有懈怠过，平均每天最少有6个小时在学英语，如果题主你能保持像我这样的学习强度，5.5分都是最基本的了。所以加油吧！相信你自己。

As opposed to the extensive use of weapons in the US, people in the UK, even the police are not allowed to take guns. Some people argue that it may trigger off insecurity of city dwellers, whereas others assert that it can eliminate the whole violence in the society. Hereby, I would like to discuss both perspectives in the following paragraphs.
Some people believe that the absence of carrying guns is disadvantageous in many aspects in any nations. It has been a trend that the violence is increasing in various parts of the world. More and more criminals these days carry guns and other dangerous weapons, but our police force only have pepper spray and batons for protection (as well as bullet proof vests). This is not enough of a deterrent, not enough in today’s society. If the police have proper equipment, such as, carrying a gun, they would hopefully not lose their lives and the residents will feel safer and better protected.
Others, however, hold the opinion that the police should not be allowed to carry guns. There have been plenty of cases that some robbers or thieves who commit crime but do not deserve death were shot down by police. Furthermore, some unqualified and irresponsible policemen may hurt some innocent citizens even to death when they are pursuing some culprits. Additionally, guns of police may often be lost and will touch off an even worse situation. And thus, it will reduce the overall violence in our society by not allowing guns to the police.
In conclusion, both opponents and proponents of such a practice have their respective reasons and justifications. However, as a person always expecting a peaceful life, I personally agree with the latter view. If the guns and some of other weapons would be totally restricted in the modern globe, the serious phenomenon of violence and other relevant behaviors would vanish. Hence, it is my sincere wish that governments of other countries would follow the example of the UK to avoid the whole violence in the world.

However, the application of guns can pose potential risks. First of all, it may lead to the abuse of weapons, especially in some western countries where ordinary people have the right to buy guns. Secondly, there is a possibility that the police may hurt innocent citizens accidentally when they pick the wrong targets, which also leads to social chaos. Thirdly, if every police officer caries a gun and walks in the street, people will lack the sense of security and the society will have a horrifying atmosphere.
To conclude, the police can hold guns, but they should be very careful to avoid the abuse of guns. At the same time, the police must be trained strictly before being allowed to carry weapons.
