On New Year's Eve, peaple often have large dinner. After dinner, they watch the Spring Festival Evening Party on TV.
On New Year's Day, peaple visit friends or relatives(亲戚）. The children are very happy, because they can get many red pocket(红包）. In the south of China, we eat nian gao. We can see many beautiful fireworks（烟花）. We also can see the lion dancing（舞狮） or the dragon dancing（舞龙）.
