Hello! I’m Tom. I like playing sports very much. I think it is very good for me. Doing sports has many benefits.At first It can make me very happy and excited;then it can make me sleep better at night; And It can help me to grow tall and strong;At last,It can help me to think more clearly, so I can plan my day better.We have two P.E classes a week.When the bell rings, we run onto the playground happily.I like baskesball.And I can play it very well, so I play for our school basketball team. I often play basketball at the weekend. It is very interesting and it is good for my health. When we play basketball, we must be careful and be kind to each other.Now I get stronger and stronger.
