Should students surf the internet? Some people say yes. The internet help the students a lot. They can use the Internet to find information for assignments. I think finding information on the net is more convenient than searching for books in a library. The Internet also helps the students to keep contact with their friends.
Others,however think studnets should not surf the Internet. Because they think it is a waste of time. Students should spend most of their time on their study.
It is my opinion that students should place their study and health before other things. So they should spend less time on the Internet.

Some think that it is purely a waste of time to hang out on the Internet. Others may think that it is good to surfing the Internet to search information, chat with others. In my view, neither of them is right and we should appraise it from two different aspects.
From the first aspect, we see that it is very good to go online. The Internet is one of the most beneficial inventions from the second it was invented. It links the whole world together and through it we share our happiness and sorrow with the world. It makes it easier for us to get the information we want. At some rate, the Internet is much more like a vast library. But that is not all of the Internet, we can do more things on the Internet. For example, shopping, chatting, working, playing and enjoying. In one word, it has been part of the modern life to go online.
Form the second one, we can see a devil on the Internet. There is too much bad things on the Internet just as many as the good ones. Every year, there are hundreds of thousands of teenagers who become addicted to playing online games, chatting online and so on.
All in all, going online is not a good thing, nor a bad one. It is depend on the result, that is what you have got from the Internet.
