Actually, we can choose a healthy and environmentally-friendly way of traveling, that is, bicycle riding. It is obvious that bicycle riding can bring us many benefits, such as relieving pressure on the downtown transportation, making less noise and air pollution and so forth. Most importantly, it does good to your health, because if you go to school by riding a bicycle instead of driving or taking a car, you can have a better chance of getting enough exercise you need every day.
Reduce transportation pressure by riding a bike and start from ourselves.

Here is my suggestion for preparing for the exam. I believe it is important to slow down to some extent. It's better to have some time for thinking. Teachers should guide us with the most efficient way of reviewing. The quantities of homework should be reduces. However, we should keep the quality of the assignment.
